Description
The Cres Cor 121PH1818DL Proofer Cabinet is designed for efficient proofing and holding of baked goods. This non-insulated cabinet accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" pans, arranged on 3" centers for optimal space utilization. It features bottom-mounted controls for easy access and an analog thermometer for precise temperature monitoring. The left-hand hinge door is field reversible and made of durable Lexan, ensuring visibility and easy access. A magnetic latch secures the door, while the removable power assembly simplifies maintenance. The integral drip trough on the front helps manage condensation. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, this cabinet is both sturdy and easy to maneuver. With a power output of 2000W and operating on 120v/60Hz/1-ph, it meets cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
