The Cres Cor 500CHSSDX Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is designed for efficient cooking and holding of food in a compact under-counter format. It features radiant insulation and accommodates either five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans or three 12" x 20" x 4" pans, with pan slides positioned on 1-3/8" centers for easy access. The cabinet is equipped with deluxe LED oven controls, offering 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking, complete with a 6" probe for precise temperature monitoring. Cook and hold cycles ensure optimal food quality, while field-reversible doors with magnetic and anti-microbial latches enhance convenience and hygiene. An external drip pan simplifies cleanup, and the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity. Mobility is facilitated by four 3" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The cabinet meets cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
