This convection oven features a non-venting, insulated design that accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers, or 6 chrome-plated raised wire grids measuring 17" x 25". Equipped with a top-mounted power unit, it operates at 8000W and is compatible with 208v/60Hz/1-ph power supply. The solid-state electronic control system includes an LED digital display for easy monitoring and adjustments. The field-reversible dutch door is designed for convenience, while the magnetic anti-microbial latch ensures secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, along with an aluminum base, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
