The Cres Cor CO151F1818DE2083 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and performance. This convection oven features a non-venting, insulated design that accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers, making it ideal for high-volume cooking and holding. It includes six 17" x 25" chrome-plated raised wire grids for optimal airflow and even cooking. Equipped with a top-mounted power unit, the oven operates at 8000W and is compatible with 208v/60Hz/3-phase power. The solid-state electronic control and LED digital display provide precise temperature management, ensuring consistent results. The standard controls are user-friendly, and the field-reversible dutch door allows for flexible access. The oven features a magnetic type anti-microbial latch for enhanced hygiene and a durable stainless steel exterior and interior for easy cleaning and longevity. The aluminum base is sturdy, and the unit is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during operation. This oven is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
