The Cres Cor CO151F1818DE2401 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and performance. This convection oven features a non-venting, insulated design that accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers, or 6 chrome-plated raised wire grids measuring 17" x 25". Equipped with a top-mounted power unit, it operates at 8000W and is compatible with 240v/60Hz/1-ph electrical systems. The solid-state electronic control and LED digital display ensure precise temperature management, while standard controls provide ease of use. The field-reversible dutch door features a magnetic anti-microbial latch for enhanced hygiene. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, along with an aluminum base, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Mobility is facilitated by four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. This unit is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
