The Cres Cor CO151F1818DX2401 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and performance. This convection oven features a non-venting, insulated design that accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers, or 6 chrome-plated raised wire grids measuring 17" x 25". Equipped with a top-mounted power unit, it operates at 8000W and is compatible with 240v/60Hz/1-ph power supply. The solid-state electronic control system includes an LED digital display and deluxe controls with 18 programmable menus, allowing for precise cooking and rethermalization. A 6" meat probe ensures accurate temperature monitoring. The field-reversible dutch door features a magnetic anti-microbial latch for enhanced hygiene. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, along with an aluminum base, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. This model is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
