The deluxe LED oven controls offer 18 programmable menu options and include a food probe for accurate cooking, complete with a 6" probe. This oven can hold up to 12 sets of universal angles, making it ideal for various cooking needs. The field-reversible insulated Dutch door enhances accessibility, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters (two with brakes) for mobility, this oven operates at 8000W and is compatible with 208v/60Hz/3-ph power. It meets cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
