The Cres Cor CO151H189DE2401 is a mobile, stacked half-size Roast-N-Hold™ Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to nine full-size bun pans with channel pan slides spaced 3 inches on center. The unit includes three chrome-plated wire grids for versatile cooking options. The field-reversible Dutch door is equipped with magnetic latches for secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is equipped with four heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during operation. With a powerful 4700W heating element, this oven operates at 240V/60Hz/1-phase and meets cCSAus and CSA standards, ensuring reliability and safety in any kitchen environment.
