Description
The Cres Cor CO151H189DEMSTK2081 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, stacked, half-size convection oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. It features a top-mounted power unit with solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. The oven includes channel pan slides spaced 3" on center, accommodating up to nine full-size bun pans or three chrome-plated wire grids. The field-reversible Dutch door is equipped with magnetic latches for secure closure. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it ensures durability and easy cleaning. The window door allows for visibility during cooking. Mobility is enhanced with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W heating element, this oven operates at 208v/60Hz/1-ph and is certified by cCSAus and CSA for safety and performance.
