The Cres Cor CO151H189DESTK2081 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and performance. This stacked, half-size convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" full-size bun pans per compartment, supported by channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Each compartment includes three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking results. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible Dutch door and magnetic latches for easy access and secure closure. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W heating element, this oven operates at 208v/240v/60Hz/1-ph, meeting cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and reliability.
