The Cres Cor CO151H189DESTK2083 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and performance. This stacked, half-size convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" full-size bun pans per compartment, supported by channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Each compartment includes three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking results. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible dutch door and magnetic latches for secure closure. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
