Description
The Cres Cor CO151H189DESTK2401 is a high-performance Roast-N-Hold™ Oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This stacked, half-size convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" full-size bun pans per compartment, supported by channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Each compartment includes three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking performance. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches for easy access and secure closure. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during operation. With a powerful 4700W heating element, this unit operates at 240v/60Hz/1-ph, meeting cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
