Description
The Cres Cor CO151H189DX2081 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, half-size convection oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. It features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options, allowing for precise food probe cooking with an included 6" probe. The oven accommodates up to 9 full-size bun pans and includes 3 chrome-plated wire grids with channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Its field-reversible Dutch door is equipped with magnetic latches for secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to last. It is supported by four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W heating element, it operates at 208v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards.
