The Cres Cor CO151H189DX2083 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, half-size convection oven designed for efficiency and versatility in food preparation. It features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options, allowing for precise cooking with the included 6" food probe. The oven accommodates up to 9 full-size bun pans with channel pan slides spaced 3" on center, and comes with 3 chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow. Its field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
