The Cres Cor CO151H189DXSTK2081 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, stacked, half-size convection oven designed for optimal cooking and holding performance. It features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options, allowing for precise food probe cooking with an included 6" probe. The oven accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" full-size bun pans per compartment, supported by channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Each compartment is equipped with three chrome-plated wire grids for versatile cooking options. The field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, both the interior and exterior are easy to clean. The unit is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W output, this oven operates at 208v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
