The Cres Cor CO151H189DXSTK2401 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, stacked, half-size convection oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. It features a top-mounted power unit with deluxe LED controls, offering 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking with a 6" probe included. The oven accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" full-size bun pans per compartment, supported by channel pan slides spaced 3" on center. Each compartment is equipped with three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking performance. The field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, both the interior and exterior are easy to clean. The unit is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W output, this oven operates at 240v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
