The Cres Cor CO151HUA6DESTK2081 is a mobile, stacked half-size Roast-N-Hold™ oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. Each compartment includes six sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, and three chrome-plated wire grids for versatile cooking options. The field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W output, it operates at 208v/60Hz/3-phase, meeting cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
