The Cres Cor CO151HUA6DX2081 is a mobile half-size Roast-N-Hold™ Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED controls, offering 18 programmable menu options for versatile cooking. It includes a food probe with a 6" probe for precise temperature monitoring. The interior is equipped with six sets of universal angles, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, and three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking performance. The field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W heating element, it operates at 208v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
