This convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED controls, offering 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking with a 6" probe included. Each compartment is equipped with six sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, and three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking performance. The field-reversible dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, this oven is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
