The Cres Cor CO151HWUA6DE2083 is a versatile mobile Roast-N-Hold™ Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This half-size convection oven features AquaTemp™ technology for precise temperature control. It is equipped with a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for reliable operation. The oven includes six sets of universal angles that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, allowing for flexible rack positioning. Three chrome-plated wire grids provide ample cooking space, while the field-reversible dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It rolls smoothly on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. With a powerful 4700W heating element, this unit operates at 208v/60Hz/3-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards for safety and performance.
