The Cres Cor CO151HWUA6DX2081 is a mobile Roast-N-Hold™ Oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. This half-size convection oven features AquaTemp™ technology for precise temperature control. The top-mounted power unit is equipped with deluxe LED oven controls, offering 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking with a 6" probe included. The oven includes six sets of universal angles that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, allowing for customized cooking configurations. It comes with three chrome-plated wire grids for optimal airflow and cooking performance. The field-reversible dutch door is fitted with magnetic latches for secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during operation.
