This undercounter convection oven features a top-mounted power unit and deluxe LED oven controls, offering 18 programmable menu options for precise cooking. It includes a food probe with a 6" probe for accurate temperature monitoring. The oven accommodates up to five 18" x 26" pans, with adjustable shelving on 3" centers to optimize space. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a nickel chrome plated steel grid and anti-microbial latches for enhanced hygiene. Mobility is facilitated by four 2-1/2" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. With a powerful 2000W heating element, this oven operates at 120v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and CSA standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
