With a capacity for five 18" x 26" pans, the oven's adjustable shelving is set on 3" centers to accommodate various food items. The nickel chrome plated steel grid enhances durability, while anti-microbial latches ensure hygiene. Constructed from stainless steel, this oven is built to last.
