Description
The Cres Cor H138NSCC3MC5Q is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. Featuring a robust stainless steel construction, this cabinet ensures durability and easy maintenance. It includes a top-mount heater assembly for efficient heat distribution and insulation to maintain consistent temperatures. Equipped with three adjustable gravity-fed wire shelves, the cabinet can accommodate up to 12 standard 18" x 26" pans or nine wire shelves, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable angles on 3" centers, with additional adjustments available on 1-1/2" centers, allow for customized shelf placement. The front of the cabinet features field-reversible dutch doors with anti-microbial pull handles and self-closing hinges for enhanced hygiene and convenience. The top door includes a tempered glass window for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability during use.
