The Cres Cor H138PS1834DLR is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. It features an insulated hot cabinet with a capacity for 32 sets of universal angles on adjustable 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to 32 standard 18" x 26" pans. The solid-state electronic control allows for precise time and temperature management, ensuring food is kept at the ideal serving temperature. The cabinet includes a field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches for easy access and secure closure.
