The Cres Cor H138PWS1834DRL is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This insulated hot cabinet features AquaTemp™ technology, ensuring consistent temperature control. It has a generous capacity to hold up to 32 sets of universal angles on adjustable 1-1/2" centers, accommodating 32 standard 18" x 26" pans. Equipped with solid-state electronic controls for precise time and temperature management, the cabinet includes a field-reversible insulated Dutch door with a left hinge and magnetic latches for secure closure. Its durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit is mounted on four 5" swivel modulus casters for effortless mobility.
