The Cres Cor H138WS1834DL is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. Featuring AquaTemp™ technology, this insulated hot cabinet offers precise solid-state electronic control for both time and temperature, ensuring consistent heating. It allows for adjustable heat and humidity levels, accommodating up to 32 sets of universal angles on 1-1/2" centers, or 32 standard 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet is equipped with a field-reversible insulated Dutch door with a left hinge and magnetic latches for secure closure. Its durable stainless steel construction, both interior and exterior, ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel modulus casters, making it easy to transport. With a powerful 2000W heating element, this unit operates at 120v/60Hz/1-ph and meets cCSAus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
