The field-reversible Dutch door allows for flexible access, while deluxe LED oven controls offer 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking, complete with a 3" probe for precise temperature monitoring. High-temperature magnetic latches with a key lock enhance security, making it ideal for correctional environments. The unit is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility.
