The included 3" food probe enhances cooking accuracy, ensuring meals are served at the perfect temperature. The design includes recessed push/pull handles for easy access and a reversible dutch door for flexible operation. Anti-microbial latches promote hygiene, while four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters (two with brakes) provide mobility and stability.
