It accommodates up to 18 sets of universal angles, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, allowing for versatile food placement. Constructed with fully insulated stainless steel, the cabinet maintains temperature effectively while the deluxe LED oven controls offer 18 programmable menu options for precise cooking. The included 3" food probe enhances cooking accuracy with its probe cooking feature. The design includes recessed push/pull handles for easy access, a reversible dutch door for flexible operation, and anti-microbial latches for enhanced hygiene. Mobility is facilitated by four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
