The Cres Cor RO151FW1332DE is a versatile rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for efficiency and performance. This full-size, single-cavity oven features Quiktherm™ technology for rapid rethermalization and convection cooking. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" baskets, with adjustable shelving on 1-1/2" centers for customizable storage. Constructed with fully insulated stainless steel, this cabinet ensures optimal temperature retention. The solid-state electric control system is complemented by an LED digital display for easy monitoring and operation. The reversible dutch doors provide convenient access, while anti-microbial latches enhance hygiene. Mobility is facilitated by four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The unit is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
