The Cres Cor RO151FW1332DE8K2081 is a full-size convection rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature and humidity control. Featuring QuikTherm™ technology, this non-venting oven ensures efficient heating while maintaining food quality. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, with 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is equipped with solid-state electronic controls and an LED digital display for easy monitoring and adjustments. Its standard easy-to-read controls enhance usability, while the field-reversible Dutch door with a magnetic anti-microbial latch provides convenience and safety. Each door includes two adjustable vents for customized airflow, and an integral drip trough on the front helps manage moisture.
