The Cres Cor RO151FW1332DE8K2083 is a full-size convection rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature and humidity control. Featuring QuikTherm™ technology, this non-venting oven ensures efficient heating while maintaining food quality. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, with 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is equipped with solid-state electronic controls and an LED digital display for easy monitoring and adjustments. Standard easy-to-read controls enhance usability, while the field-reversible Dutch door with a magnetic anti-microbial latch provides convenience and safety. Each door includes two adjustable vents for customized airflow, and an integral drip trough on the front helps manage moisture. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
