The Cres Cor RO151FW1332DX2403 is a full-size convection rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature and humidity control. Featuring QuikTherm™ technology, this non-venting unit ensures efficient heating and holding of food. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, with 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. Equipped with solid-state electronic controls and an LED digital display, the cabinet offers deluxe features including 18 programmable menus and a 3" food probe for precise monitoring. The field-reversible dutch door includes a magnetic anti-microbial latch and two adjustable vents for customizable airflow. An integral drip trough on the front enhances cleanliness, while the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. With a powerful 12KW heating element, this cabinet operates at 240v/60Hz/3-phase, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
