It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, with 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. Equipped with solid-state electric controls, the cabinet offers precise temperature and humidity management, displayed on an easy-to-read LED digital display. The field-reversible Dutch door allows for flexible access, while anti-microbial latches enhance hygiene. An integral drip trough simplifies cleanup, and the unit is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
