The Cres Cor RO151FWUA18DE8K2081 is a full-size rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for optimal food service efficiency. This convection oven features QuikTherm™ technology for rapid heating and AquaTemp™ for precise temperature and humidity control, ensuring food is held at the ideal serving conditions. With a capacity to accommodate 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, it includes 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. The solid-state electric control system offers standard controls with an LED digital display for easy monitoring. The cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features a field-reversible Dutch door for flexible access. Anti-microbial latches enhance hygiene, while the integral drip trough helps maintain cleanliness. Mobility is facilitated by four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. This unit operates at 8KW and is compatible with 208v/60Hz/1-ph electrical systems. It is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
