This insulated cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, equipped with 18 universal angles for versatile pan placement. The solid-state electric control system includes standard controls and an LED digital display for easy monitoring. The field-reversible Dutch door allows for flexible access, while anti-microbial latches enhance hygiene. An integral drip trough helps manage moisture, and the unit is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
