Featuring a 24" freestanding cabinet base, it incorporates advanced CSD-1 controls for seamless operation. The automatic blowdown system and split water line enhance maintenance ease, while the included water filter system ensures optimal water quality. Equipped with automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and water gauge glass, the CE-36 provides precise monitoring of steam conditions. The pressure control system includes a secondary safety pressure control for added security, complemented by a safety relief valve for safe operation. The steam take-off kit allows for versatile installation options, and the reinforced countertop provides durability. With two doors for easy access, the stainless steel exterior finish ensures a sleek, professional appearance. The unit stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, accommodating various installation requirements. Operating at 9-11 psi and delivering 36kW of power, the Crown CE-36 is cCSAus and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial applications.
