The Crown CE-48 is a high-performance electric steam generator designed for efficiency and reliability. The unit is equipped with CSD-1 controls for easy operation and includes an automatic blowdown feature for maintenance convenience. The split water line and included water filter system ensure optimal water quality, while the automatic water level control maintains consistent performance. A pressure gauge and water gauge glass provide real-time monitoring, complemented by a pressure control system with a secondary safety pressure control for added security. The safety relief valve and steam take-off kit enhance operational safety and versatility. Constructed with a reinforced countertop and a durable stainless steel exterior finish, the CE-48 is built to withstand heavy use. It stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. Operating at 9-11 psi and delivering 48kW of power, this steam generator is cCSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial applications.
