With a generous 100-gallon capacity and a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution, this kettle ensures even cooking results. The crank tilt feature allows for easy pouring and serving, equipped with a self-locking positive stop for safety. A steam control valve located on the right side provides precise steam management. The interior is lined with durable 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is supported by a twin console and quad-leg base with adjustable flanged feet for stability on any surface. Operating at 30 psi, this kettle meets NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
