The Crown DMS-60 is a stationary direct steam kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 60-gallon capacity. Featuring a 2/3 jacket for efficient heat distribution, this kettle includes a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing and a perforated strainer (TPS-2) for optimal food preparation. The steam control valve and steam trap ensure precise steam management, while the swing drain facilitates quick and convenient cleaning. Equipped with a deck-mounted fill faucet (DMF) for effortless water filling, the kettle also includes a sturdy pan support for added stability. The interior liner is made from durable 316 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel cabinet base provides robust support, and the one-piece spring-assisted cover allows for easy access. With 6" stainless steel legs featuring adjustable flanged feet, the DMS-60 can be easily leveled on any surface. This kettle meets cCSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
