The solid-state thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while integrally mounted controls provide easy operation. A pressure gauge and safety valve enhance safety, and the low water light and automatic shut-off feature prevent overheating. The console includes a convenient lever tilt on the right side for effortless pouring. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle is built to withstand heavy use. The rectangular base offers stability, and with a powerful 7.5kW output and a pressure rating of 50 PSI, the Crown EC-6TW is perfect for commercial kitchens.
