The solid state thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while the integrally mounted controls provide easy access and operation. The kettle is equipped with a hand crank tilt mechanism on the right side for effortless pouring, complemented by a faucet bracket for added convenience. A low water level indicator and shut-off feature enhance safety, alongside a pressure gauge and safety relief valve for reliable operation. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel console and trunnion, the ECT-10 is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. With a powerful 12kW heating element and a maximum pressure of 50 PSI, this kettle is cCSAus and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for any professional kitchen.
