The Crown ECT-6 is a high-performance electric countertop tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous 6-gallon capacity, it features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. The solid-state thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while the integrally mounted controls provide easy operation. The kettle includes a hand crank tilt mechanism on the right side for effortless pouring and a faucet bracket for added convenience. Safety features include a low water level indicator with shut-off, a pressure gauge, and a safety relief valve. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a robust 304 stainless steel console and trunnion, the ECT-6 operates at 7.5kW and 50 PSI, meeting cCSAus and NSF standards for reliability and safety.
