Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, it offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. The floor-mounted control console provides convenient access to essential functions, while the unit includes two removable agitators for optimal mixing. A vacuum/pressure gauge and pressure relief valve enhance safety and performance, and the low water shut-off feature prevents overheating. Powered by a robust 5 HP variable speed motor, the Crown ELTM-40 is equipped with stainless steel tubular legs featuring adjustable flanged feet for stability on any surface. This kettle mixer is cCSAus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
