Equipped with a comprehensive water treatment system, steam control valve, and automatic water level control, the EMT-10 ensures optimal operation and convenience. The pressure gauge and water gauge glass provide accurate monitoring, while the pressure controls and safety relief valve enhance safety during use. The automatic blow down feature simplifies maintenance, and the CSD-1 boiler controls ensure compliance with safety standards. The unit includes a 3-inch sink with a drain and splash guard, along with a deck mount hot and cold water faucet for added functionality. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, the EMT-10 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
