The unit complies with CSD-1 code requirements and includes a water filter system with a split water line for optimal performance. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a sleek 304 stainless steel exterior, this steamer is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet allow for easy leveling on any surface.
