Each compartment includes a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. The deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances functionality, making it easy to fill and clean. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior, this steamer kettle combination is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The unit stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces. It meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and compliance. The included water filter system and split water line enhance performance and water quality.
