Description
The Crown GCX-2-36 is a high-performance gas convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens. This floor model features two compartments, each with a capacity for three 12" x 20" pans, allowing for efficient cooking of multiple dishes simultaneously. The 36" cabinet base provides ample storage space. Equipped with electronic ignition and an automatic blowdown system, the GCX-2-36 ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance. Each compartment includes a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. The removable pan supports and drain trough facilitate quick cleaning. This steamer is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and comes with a comprehensive water filter system, split water line, and automatic water level control for consistent performance. Additional features include a pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector. Constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel exterior, the GCX-2-36 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability and easy leveling. Certified by NSF, CSA Flame, and CSA Star, this steamer meets high safety and performance standards.
