The Crown GMT-10-10 is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for commercial kitchens. It features two 10-gallon tilting kettles with a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and cooking. The 42" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while the electronic ignition ensures quick and reliable startup. This unit includes an automatic boiler blowdown system for easy maintenance and a double pantry fill faucet for convenient water access. A 3" deep stainless steel sink is integrated for added functionality. The CSD-1 package enhances safety and compliance, complemented by a water treatment system and split water line for optimal performance. Safety features include a safety relief valve, and the construction boasts a durable 316 stainless steel liner with a sleek 304 stainless steel exterior finish. The kettle assembly is supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. Certified by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, the Crown GMT-10-10 is built to meet the highest industry standards.
